ClauseBase offers legal drafting solutions designed to simplify and enhance the work of legal professionals. It offers two main products: ClauseBuddy is an AI-powered drafting toolbox that lives inside MS Word and Outlook. It provides different modules that solve the typical problems lawyers experience when drafting legal documents: • Clause extraction from precedents • Smart template automation • Proofreading and definitions checks • Curating and standardising clauses in a clause library • Leveraging Generative AI to surface insights on documents and provide drafting inspiration. Clause9 is a clause-based document automation tool. Automated documents in Clause9 are not monolithic documents with a few placeholders and optional paragraphs, but stacks of intelligent building blocks that automatically adapt terminology, styling, legal nuance, and more depending on the document they are dropped in. Clauses are centralised, meaning they can be reused across different templates and any updates ripple through these templates.
